These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of Powergrafx Signs San Antonio Texas’ website, as well as interactions with Powergrafx Signs regarding placing orders or responding to proposals. By accessing our site, placing an order, or responding to a proposal with approval or changes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with sections or services of our company. 1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a charge of 50% of the quoted rate for the entire booked duration, along with 100% of any out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Powergrafx Signs.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the reserved time, equipment, and/or personnel services, as well as 100% of any out-of-pocket expenses.
2. Proposals and Estimates
Proposals or estimates provided by Powergrafx Signs are solely estimates based on the information available at the time of preparation. Actual project costs may vary depending on the final approved project specifications and hours involved. Any additional costs exceeding 20% of the proposed estimate will require approval from an authorized representative of Powergrafx Signs.
3. Payment Terms
A full payment or down payment is required before a project begins or an order is placed.
The remaining balance, including any overage, will be due upon production start or project completion, as determined by the project manager.
For projects extending over three months, work will be billed on a monthly basis.
4. Order Placement
Replying to any proposal by email with corrections or approval, or making corrections by phone or text, constitutes placing an order for the content of the proposal. By placing an order, you agree to all terms and conditions and terms of service of Powergrafx Signs. Approval of a proposal signifies acceptance of the material as presented, including spelling, layout, and content accuracy.
5. Color Matching
Powergrafx Signs does not guarantee exact color matching in any materials ordered. Variations may occur due to material type, printing methods, or lighting conditions. All artwork, designs, or proposals remain the intellectual property of Powergrafx Signs, with all rights reserved.
6. Confidentiality
All information contained in proposals or other documents provided to the client is the specific property of Powergrafx Signs unless otherwise noted. It is confidential and provided to the client for a limited purpose. No part of any document or information may be copied, transmitted, exhibited, furnished, or disclosed to others without written consent from Powergrafx Signs.
7. Liability and Legal Compliance
Powergrafx Signs accepts no liability for the use of any materials provided or submitted by the client. The client is solely responsible for ensuring free and clear title for the use of all provided materials and for obtaining any necessary talent releases. The client agrees to reimburse Powergrafx Signs for legal fees incurred due to infringement of copyright or trademark.
8. Vehicle Wraps & Sign Installations
Powergrafx Signs is not responsible for any damage caused by the application or removal of vinyl materials used in vehicle wraps, including but not limited to damage to paint, clear coat, or body surfaces.
Similarly, Powergrafx Signs is not responsible for any damage that may occur to buildings, structures, or surfaces during the installation or removal of signage.
Clients acknowledge and accept these risks when approving wrap or signage installation services.

All services provided by Powergrafx Signs fall under these Terms, including but not limited to:

Financial & Merchant Services
By engaging with any of the above services, clients agree to the same payment terms, policies, and liability disclaimers outlined in this document.
10. Client Publicity
Unless otherwise notified in writing, Powergrafx Signs reserves the right to use the client’s name, logo, and works created for the client in its marketing materials, website, and promotional efforts.
11. Force Majeure
All agreements with Powergrafx Signs are subject to events beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, accidents, weather, acts of God, supply chain delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
12. Modifications
Powergrafx Signs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your consent to the revised Terms.

Disclaimer: All projects are subject to the Terms & Conditions of Powergrafx Signs San Antonio Texas. By approving a proposal or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Deposits are non-refundable. Powergrafx is not responsible for any damage to vehicles or property caused during the installation or removal of wraps or signage.
